Chef Bill's Story

Chef Bill Greenwood honed his skills in renowned kitchens across the Southwest and American South. Throughout his career, he has acquired a diverse range of culinary expertise that is now showcased in every dish.


His journey began in his father's restaurant, Greenwood's on Green Street, in Roswell, Georgia. Surrounded by the aromas and flavors of southern cuisine from an early age, Chef Bill developed a deep appreciation for the rich culinary heritage of the region. Today, he pays homage to his roots by infusing his creations with the soulful essence of southern cooking.
