Chef Bill Greenwood honed his skills in renowned kitchens across the Southwest and American South.  Throughout his career, he has acquired a diverse range of culinary expertise that is now showcased in every dish.  


His journey began in his family’s restaurant in Roswell, Georgia. Surrounded by the aromas and flavors of southern cuisine from an early age. Chef Bill developed a deep appreciation for the rich culinary heritage of the region.  Today he pays homage to his roots by infusing his creations with the soulful essence of southern cooking.  


Our kitchen is led by Chef de Cuisine, Carlos Rodríguez, whose passion for cooking began in his mother’s kitchen and was refined in top restaurants across Mexico and the mountains of Colorado.


Carlos is the driving force behind Greenwood’s consistency and its ability to continue making most everything from scratch.
